At Japan Visa with Chetan, we strive to provide transparent and fair services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our visa application services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • If the Japan visa application is rejected due to administrative errors by our team.
  • If a duplicate payment is made for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Visa application fees charged by the Japanese authorities.
  • Service fees for processing already submitted applications.
  • Any payments made for additional services that have been partially or fully completed.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send a refund request to info@japanvisawithchetan.com with your application details and payment proof.
  • Our team will review your request within 7–10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if services were partially completed before cancellation. The amount will be calculated based on work completed and any non-refundable fees.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed in accordance with the governing law of India. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve issues amicably.
